Dry Bowl: 1 ¾ cups sprouted wheat flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon.

Wet Bowl: 3 mashed ripe bananas, ⅓ cup melted butter/oil, ⅔ cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, ⅓ cup yogurt.

Instruction

Heat Oven: Turn to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

Mix: Stir all Dry Bowl ingredients together in one bowl. Mash bananas and mix with all Wet Bowl ingredients in a bigger bowl.

Combine: Pour dry mix into wet mix. Stir gently just until combined. Fold in nuts/chips.
