WHAT IS THE ECOGROW PROGRAMME?
The HeroesToo Foundation, a charity dedicated to environmental education and empowerment programs, has been making a difference since 2011.
Over the years we have worked with more than 20+ primary , elementary and secondary schools on various topics from plastic recycling, food waste, climate change, composting to organic farming and creating EcoPledges for the planet.

Raymond Yap
Founder & CEO
Raymond spent 30 years in business, primarily heading up the European operations for Wong’s International. Eager to create lasting change, Raymond set up the eco-education charity HeroesToo Foundation, environmental social enterprise SolutionsToo, and finally, Sprout Heroes.
Teri Tan
Finance Director
Teri, with over 20 years of experience in international business development and institutional payments. As a social entrepreneur, she is deeply committed to embedding sustainable growth and wellbeing practices into business models, striving to create impactful and purpose-driven ventures.
Cynthia Chow
Project Leader
Cynthia has over 15 years experience in professional services marketing. Her projects include the development of Smart cities, sustainable development and climate innovation integrated marketing campaigns. She is a nature lover and a “Home grown” hobbyist.
William Fridrich
Project Coordinator
William is a environmental scientist with extensive experience in conservation management, technical reporting, GIS data analysis. He is trained in environmental compliance and provides climate change mitigation strategies and environmental solutions to modern business challenges.
Andrea Sin
Facilitator
Andrea has a bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership & Governance. She is dedicated to helping organizations integrate environmental and social responsibility into their operations.
